What to expect
Touch play with a separate parent area.
Children tap or drag to play. Adults choose worlds and manage settings and purchases through a parent access check.
One easy gesture
Tap or drag in the play area to see artwork move and hear themed sounds. There are no scores or wrong answers, and adults can turn sound off.
A separate parent area
Press and hold the settings cog, then complete a math check or device authentication to open parent controls. This check does not replace supervision.

Before play
Check your device settings before play.
Baby Proof can guide you through your device's app locking features. It cannot guarantee that a child will stay in the app.
Choose a world
Pick the artwork and gentle sound, then return directly to the full screen play area.
Open the locking helper
Follow the iPhone Guided Access or Android app pinning steps. The helper opens the closest supported settings screen.
Start the system lock
Check that the lock is active and test how to exit on your device. Stay nearby during play. The operating system controls the lock.
Important: Baby Proof is a play tool, not a child safety or device security service. Locking features vary by device and settings. Check your setup and supervise your child.

Questions parents ask
Baby Proof FAQ
Answers about phone locking, purchases, privacy, and choosing how your child uses the app.
How do I keep my child inside Baby Proof?
Use Apple Guided Access on iPhone or iPad, or app pinning on Android. Your device controls these features. Check the setup and exit steps on your device, and continue to supervise your child.
Is Baby Proof suitable for babies and toddlers?
Baby Proof is designed for supervised tap and drag play. It is not an educational or developmental program. A parent or guardian decides whether, when, and for how long a child uses it.
Does Baby Proof have subscriptions or ads?
No. Baby Proof has no ads or subscription. Bubbles is included, and optional worlds are purchases you make once.
Can I restore purchased worlds?
Yes. Eligible worlds can be restored with the same Apple App Store or Google Play account on the same platform. Apple and Google Play purchases do not transfer between stores.
What data does Baby Proof collect?
Builds with Expo Insights and Observe send launch, performance, and crash data, including anonymous installation IDs and device information. Reports can be generated while a child plays. Purchases, website visits, and support requests also involve data processing. See the privacy policy for details.
